Yorkshire Wildlife Park
A family visit to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park (website link further down) opened very recently so it is in pristine condition. I would recommend that you visit with your family or by yourself: whichever way, you'll find it good.
[The Meerkat enclosure is rather popular!]
I would highly recommend visiting the Birds of Prey show at 12.30pm and 3.30pm (at time of writing) as the keeper is very informative and gives a wonderful demonstration. If you want a good seat, get there at least 15 minutes early as the seats go quickly.
Here are a few photos from the show. Starting with a Harris Hawk, then a Lanner Falcon and finally the Harris Hawk again. The last Harris Hawk was photographed by my nephew.
